Monthly subscription/payment

All monthly subscriptions are collected on the 1st of each month.

If your payment fails, the system will make two more attempts to collect the fees, one on the 4th and one on the 9th of each month.

If you sign up on or after the 1st of the month, and monthly fees have already been collected, the portal is set up to take the payment from the following 1st of the month, which means that the current month remains uncovered. We will send you an invoice with the outstanding amount for the month minus the trial that you have already paid.

If you fail to make regular monthly payments, we have the right to refuse monthly payments as a payment option to you in the future.

No refund will be issued after the fees have been collected.

Cancellation

We do understand that circumstances can change at any time, and for this reason we have set a flexible cancellation policy where we require you to let us know in writing any time before the end of the month. We will cancel your subscription promptly so that you are no longer charged.

Bone Fracture

In the unlucky circumstances that a student fractures a bone in or out of the gymnasium, we will require said student to take a break from gymnastics for a minimum of 8 weeks (this is specified by our insurance). We will also require a doctor’s or physio note to certify that they fit and healthy to return after the 8 weeks pause. Parents must let Silvia know of this so that the subscription is paused until return. Our coaches will write a risk assessment for the student to aid a safe return back into gymnastics activities.

Club subscription

Everyone taking part in the sport of gymnastics must be insured.

Part of your monthly fee consist in monthly insurance that the club pays to our insurance company on behalf of your child.

One trial is allowed before club subscription is required.

What is the aim of our gymnastics club?

We are a non-profit organisation, meaning that every month, after all costs are paid, we either reinvest the profits back into the gym, or we save profits for a future view to train in a bigger unit, so that our most promising gymnasts can benefit from even more professional equipment, and our boys can benefit from professional male gymnastics equipment. For this reason, thank you for helping us make one day our dream come true.
